Wichtig vor der Buchung

- Leistung: Projektanalyse, 30 Minuten. Auf Grundlage Ihrer Angaben präsentiere ich die wesentlichen Ergebnisse einer Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtung, eine erste Einschätzung zum Messkonzept, bei Mehrfamilienhäusern eine Empfehlung zwischen Mieterstrom und GGV, einen Projektfahrplan (Abschnitte, Meilensteine, Dauer, Risiken) sowie mein Vorgehen und ein Angebot für die weitere Zusammenarbeit. Es handelt sich um erste Einschätzungen, nicht um ausgearbeitete Analysen.
- Ihre Mitwirkung: Angaben und Unterlagen spätestens 24 Stunden vor dem Termin; sonst findet der Termin mit eingeschränktem Umfang statt.
- Umbuchung: einmalig kostenfrei bis 24 Stunden vor Terminbeginn; Einzelheiten in § 17 der AGB.
- Widerrufsrecht: Verbrauchern steht ein Widerrufsrecht zu (Belehrung im Formular unten).
- Service: project analysis, 30 minutes. Based on your information, I present the main results of a profitability assessment, an initial assessment of the metering concept, for apartment buildings a recommendation between Mieterstrom and GGV, a project roadmap (phases, milestones, duration, risks) as well as my approach and a quotation for further cooperation. These are initial assessments, not detailed analyses.
- Your cooperation: information and documents no later than 24 hours before the appointment; otherwise the appointment takes place with a reduced scope.
- Rebooking: once free of charge up to 24 hours before the start; details in § 17 of the terms and conditions.
- Right of withdrawal: consumers have a right of withdrawal (policy in the form below).

Ist die Zahlung 24 Stunden vor Terminbeginn nicht eingegangen, kann ich vom Vertrag zurücktreten; der Termin entfällt dann ohne Kosten für Sie (§ 3 Abs. 5 der AGB). Eine Überweisung braucht in der Regel ein bis zwei Bankarbeitstage.
If payment has not been received 24 hours before the start of the appointment, I may withdraw from the contract; the appointment then lapses at no cost to you (§ 3(5) of the terms and conditions). A bank transfer usually takes one to two banking days.
